I found it was easy for me to text [name removed] and she was pretty quick to answer me. She was very cooperative when we needed to make changes to days of coverage and changes in hours. Took a couple of months to get a match that satisfied my mother. When she had a caregiver that didn’t show, I was extremely impressed that [name removed] came to keep my mother company. We had requested that she not have a caregiver that was bothered by a smoker. There was one caregiver that took my mothers cigarettes away from her and told her she couldn’t smoke while she was there and she had one that wanted to preach to her, which was not welcomed. [name removed] took care of those issues immediately. The 2 that she has bonded with show her a lot of patience and kindness. Don’t know last names, but they are [name removed] and [name removed]. Value of money, seems to be in range with other providers
